HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Crackers

Chop up artichokes. Mix with other ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles. Spread on crackers.
