ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. water pack artichoke hearts
1 carton sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
juice of 1 lemon
Parmesan cheese
paprika

Chop artichokes. Mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and paprika.

Bake at 350°F until it bubbles. Serve with crackers or chips. Also good on baked potatoes.
