GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
PORTION ONE:

1 package of german chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. of shredded coconut
1/4 c. melted butter

PORTION TWO:

28 oz. packages cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
3/4 c. of sugar

PORTION THREE:

2 c. of sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/3 c. of sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix portion one together until dry and crumbly and press lightly in a 13 x 8 x 13 pan. Mix portion two together; pour over portion one; bake 20 to 25 minutes. After you take out of oven, mix portion three together; pour over cake. Refrigerate 1 hour uncovered, 7 hour covered. Makes 20 servings
