STIR-FRY VEGETABLES 
3 slices bacon
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. sliced cabbage
1 c. sliced carrots
1 tomato, cubed
1 green pepper, seeded & chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Fry bacon until crisp in wok over medium heat, remove and crumble; reserve. Add remaining ingredients to drippings and cook 5 minutes, or until crisp tender, stir in crumbled bacon. No additional liquid is needed. Makes 6 servings.
