VEGETABLE STIR FRY 
10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed
2 tbsp. cold water
3/4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. biased cut celery
1 sm. onion, cut into thin wedges

In small bowl combine cold water and cornstarch. Stir in soy sauce and sugar; set aside.

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add cooking oil. Add celery, onion, drained broccoli. Stir fry about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir soy sauce mixture into vegetables. Cook and stir one minute more until vegetables are well coated. Makes 4 servings.
