FLAKY PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
2/3 c. lard
1 tsp. salt

Work the above ingredients together until it looks like fine meal. Then refrigerate overnight if time allows. Then add 5 or 6 tablespoons ice water. Work together with a fork, until blended. Flour board and roll the dough out to the desired size. Makes 2 crusts.
