SKILLET SPANISH RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Black pepper to taste

Cook meat, onion, and pepper in large skillet until brown. Drain off excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients plus 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover skillet, and simmer for 20 or 30 minutes, until rice is tender. Serves 6.
