BEEF AND PEPPER RICE SKILLET | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 beef bouillon cube 2 green peppers, chopped 2 1/2 c. water 1 c. sliced onion (opt.) 1 tbsp. soy sauce or to taste 1 c. rice Brown beef in 10" skillet; drain. Stir in peppers, onion, rice, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
