ARTHUR'S CHILI SUPPER 
10 lbs. hamburger
30 (15 oz.) chili beans
30 (#303) or 16 oz. tomatoes (sm. pieces)
22 pkgs. chili seasoning mix

Brown hamburger and drain well, add chili beans, add tomatoes (crushed). Add chili seasoning to your taste (22 packages for HOT chili or 11 packages for MILD chili).

Simmer for about 2 hours - stirring OFTEN to prevent sticking! (This was always eaten up after the Christmas sing and Hayride each year!) Serves 75.
