CHILI - CORN TACO 
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (1 5/8 oz.) chili seasoning mix
1 can (17 oz.) sweet corn
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (1 lb.) stewed tomatoes
12 lg. tortilla shells (browned in skillet)

Saute celery and onions in oil until tender. Add meat; brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Serve as chili or spooned into fried tortilla shells on a bed of lettuce. Grated cheese and minced onions may also be added to the shells. 6 servings.
