FLAME THROWER CHILI 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 (29 oz.) can sliced tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans hot chili beans
1 red sweet pepper, diced
1 Hook and Ladder bread seasoning mix (Kroger's has it)
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can jalapeno relish
1/2 onion, diced
1 tbsp. chili powder

Brown beef, drain grease. Add seasoning mix. Simmer tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, jalapeno relish and chili powder. Add beans, peppers, onion and beef. Simmer 40 minutes. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream. Serve with corn chips.
