CHILI BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Old El Paso chili seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1 can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 block sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Brown beef in skillet; drain, stir in chili mix, water, tomato sauce and beans. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and top with grated cheese.
