CHILI CON QUESO DIP 
1 lb. Old English Cheese, grated
2 c. (lg. size) bean dip
1/2 of med. onion, grated
1 or 2 cloves garlic, grated
2 (4 oz.) cans diced Ortega chiles
Hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Heat, stirring in electric fry pan. Serve in chafing dish. Great with Fritos or tortilla chips.
