STUFFED TOMATOES 
2 (6 oz.) cans water-packed tuna, drained thoroughly
1/4 c. finely diced celery
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Nature's Seasons seasoning blend

Mix all ingredients thoroughly except tomatoes. Without cutting to bottom, cut down so tomato is in quarters. Fill cut tomatoes with about 1 to 2 teaspoons of stuffing mixture. Garnish with very small sprig of parsley.
