STUFFED BAKED TOMATOES 
6 tomatoes
1/2 c. crumbled cooked bacon
1/4 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, minced
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
6 tsp. butter

Wash tomatoes but do not peel. Slice top of each. Scoop out the centers. Mix tomato pulp, bacon and celery, onion, bread crumbs, salt and 1/2 of cheese. Fill the cavities with the mixture. Cover with the remaining cheese. Dot with the butter. Place in muffin tins. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
