BAKED STUFFED TOMATOES 
4 med. sized tomatoes
12 soda crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Saute: 1/4 c. onions, chopped 1/4 c. celery, chopped

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Scoop out the insides of the tomatoes and turn upside down to drain.

Chop the pulp and mix with the sauteed celery, onion and pepper mixture. Add the cracker crumbs. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4.
