BAKED STUFFED TOMATOES 
4 lg. tomatoes
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. minced parsley
Few grains pepper

Rinse tomatoes and cut out stems ends. Cut a slice from top of each tomato. With a spoon, scoop out pulp. Sprinkle inside with salt. Place tomato shells in shallow baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over bread crumbs and toss lightly to coat. Lightly mix in egg and remaining ingredients, spoon mixture into tomato shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
