ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
3 lb. hamburger
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, do not drain
2 pkgs. taco seasoning plus 1 c. water
1 or 2 bags corn or taco chips
12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Black olives or green onions for garnish

Brown hamburger, drain and mix in diced chilies, taco seasoning and 1 cup of water. Let cook a few more minutes (onions can be added if desired). Crumble corn or taco chips and lay these in the bottom of a 13x9x2 pan. Alternately layer meat and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish before serving.
