CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 boiler chicken
2 bags herbal stuffing (Pepperidge)
1 stalk celery
1 lg. onion
1/2 stick butter

Boil chicken and debone, saving broth. In skillet, add 1/2 stick butter, celery and onions; brown. To chicken add broth, stuffing, celery and onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
