BAKED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. mixed vegetables
1/4 c. cooking sherry wine
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter

Put vegetables in buttered casserole; mix with soup and sherry. Melt butter, add stuffing; cover vegetables. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown, about 3/4 hour.
