HASH BROWNS CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 stick butter

TOPPING:

2 pkgs. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter, melted

Line casserole dish with hash browns, pour soup mixture over hash browns. Top with cracker crumbs mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Hint: Lightly oil your casserole dish or spray with Pam to prevent sticking.
