HASH BROWN SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. diced onion
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 to 8 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all together and put in baking dish. Topping:

Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cornflakes over potatoes and pour 1/4 cup melted butter over cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x13 dish.
