VANILLA ICE CREAM (FREEZER) 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. cream
4 c. homogenized milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens. Add remaining ingredients. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.

I use whipping cream and half and half.
