CHOCOLATE MINT CHRISTMAS BARS 
3 sq. chocolate
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/8 tsp. peppermint extract
3/4 c. flour
Dash of salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Beat chocolate butter and eggs into a bowl until frosty. Add rest of ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. Cool thoroughly. Frost with Peppermint Icing.

PEPPERMINT ICING:

4 tbsp. butter
2 c. 10x sugar
2 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring

Combine and spread over cooled bars. Drizzle with glaze made of 3 squares of chocolate and 3 teaspoons melted butter. Keep refrigerated.
