PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. shortening (Crisco) 1 egg 2 tsp. vinegar 5-6 tbsp. water Beat egg until foamy. Add vinegar and water. Cut shortening into flour and salt mixture. Add egg mixture. Mix ingredients together until you can make it into individual pie crusts. This recipe makes 2 double pie crusts or 5 single crusts. Very flaky and delicious. Never Fails. |
