BEST EVER PIE CRUST | |
3 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 1 c. shortening 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/3 c. cold water Sift together flour and salt, add shortening and mix until crumbly. Combine egg, vinegar and water and add to flour mixture. Form into ball. Chill. Divide ball in half and roll out dough on floured surface. Makes 2 (9 inch) double crust pie. |
