(Makes 4 pies)

4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. water (cold)
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Cut in shortening. Combine vinegar and water and add to mixture. Mix well and roll.
