OVERNIGHT COLE SLAW (SWEET/SOUR) | |
1 med. head cabbage 1/2 med. onion 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 3/4 c. Mazola oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. celery seed Grate the head of cabbage and the onion. Pour 1 cup sugar over this. Bring other ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour this over the grated cabbage/onion mixture. Best if refrigerated overnight. |
