SWEET - SOUR CABBAGE SLAW 
Large head cabbage
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. Spanish or Vidalia onion

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. cider vinegar
2/3 c. vegetable oil

Cut up cabbage, pepper, and onion in large bowl. Set aside. In saucepan mix all dressing ingredients and bring to boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over cabbage mix while still hot. Let cool before refrigeration. May be kept for a week - if it lasts that long!
