SWEET & SOUR COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
Celery
Carrots
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard

Grate vegetables and sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar. Set aside. Boil remaining ingredients together. Pour over vegetables while hot and cover. Let stand 4 to 6 hours. Keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
