CHEESE STICKS 
1 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/4 lb. butter or 1/2 c.
1 tbsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cream butter and cheese; add water and egg; mix well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add 1/3 at a time to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition. Chill the dough at least 10 minutes. Make in small balls the size of walnuts and roll into finger sticks. Bake in a 350 degree oven 18 to 20 minutes.
