CHEESE STICKS

1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
1/2 lb. sharp cheese

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter and cheese.

Press through cookie press unto cookie sheet, 2 to 2 1/2 inches long. Bake approximately 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Yields: 75 straws.
