HUNGARIAN CHEESE STICKS 
1/2 bag 5 lb. flour (white)
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 butter cubes, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. salt

Mix in large bowl: flour, egg yolks, sour cream, baking soda, Parmesan cheese, butter, milk and salt. On floured board, roll out dough 3/4 inch and out 1/2 wide and approximately 8 inches long sticks. Beat 2 eggs and spread with brush on top of sticks. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and place on greased pan at 350 degrees about 15 minutes.
