ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head lettuce
3/4 stick celery, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 c. Chinese noodles
1/4 c. sesame seeds
4 chicken breasts (boil and dice into bite-size pieces)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. poppy seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend right before pouring onto salad and serve.
