CRUNCHY BROWNIE BARS | |
2 sticks butter, melted 1 1/2 c. sugar 6 tbsp. cocoa 2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 jar (17 oz.) marshmallow creme 1 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips 1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips 3 c. Rice Krispies Cream together butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla until fluffy; beat in eggs. Sift together flour and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Turn into a greased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread marshmallow creme on bars. Combine peanut butter and chips over low heat until melted; stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow creme. |
