CHOCOLATE-MINT BARS 
1 brownie mix

MINT FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
2 tbsp. milk or cream
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter

Bake brownies according to directions on the box. Chill bars.

MINT FROSTING: Mix all ingredients until smooth; tint with green food coloring. Spread on bars. Chill.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Melt chocolate and butter; drizzle over cooled firm frosting. Spread gently with spatula until surface is covered. Cool. Cut into bars.
