OLIVE NUT SPREAD 
6 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped salad olives
2 tbsp. olive juice
Dash of pepper

Mix softened cream cheese with mayonnaise, pecans and olives. Add juice and pepper. Put in covered jar and refrigerate 24-48 hours. Mixture will be thick. Lasts for a week.
