CREATIVE PASTA 
1 lb. pasta, thin
Basil, dried
Pepper
1 or 2 cans chick peas, rinsed
Turkey kielbasa, cut thinly
3 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
Olive oil
Grated locatelli Romano cheese

Saute onion in 1/4 cup oil. Add basil and pepper to taste. Brown kielbasa. Brown chick peas. Prepare pasta. Serve over pasta. Top with grated locatelli Romano.
