JALAPENO PEPPER JELLY 
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, seeds removed
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
1 bottle "Certo" pectin
3-10 drops green food color

Put jalapeno peppers, chopped green peppers and 1/4 cup vinegar in blender. Blend on high until pureed. Place pureed mix, sugar, 1 cup cider vinegar in heavy saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, and bring to hard boil for 1 minute. Skim off foam. Add food coloring and Certo. Mix thoroughly. Pour in jelly glasses that have been sterilized in boiling water for 10 minutes. Keep hot until used. Fill to 1/2 inch from top. Process 5 minutes in boiling water. Serve with crackers and cream cheese.
