JALAPENO PEPPER JELLY 
2 bell peppers
8 Jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 c. vinegar
7 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jel or 1 bottle pectin
Green food coloring

Put bell pepper, Jalapeno peppers and vinegar into blender. Blend until smooth. Put sugar in a large kettle; add pepper mixture and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add Sure-Jel or pectin and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2 or 3 drops of food coloring and pour into jars. Serve over cream cheese with crackers.
