SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DISH 
1 can artichokes
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. cream cheese
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. milk
Parmesan cheese

Mix and whip together cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Spread over cooked spinach and artichokes in a low casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 minutes in 375 degree oven.
