SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 med. summer squash
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Can of cream of chicken soup

Wash and slice squash. Put a layer in a casserole dish. Add a layer of stuffing mix (about 1/2 inch thick). Repeat layers. Top with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
