SOFT DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup regular sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. water
2 12 oz. bags chocolate chips

Mix together flour, salt, baking soda. Set aside. Mix together sugars, melted butter and shortening. Add eggs, vanilla and water into sugar mixture. Gradually add into flour mixture. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned on sides.
