MEATLOAF 
1 lb. meat
1 egg
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tbsp. pepper, diced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. oil
6 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Parsley flakes

Mix well, put half of paste and sauce in loaf, put what is left into bowl and put on top of loaf. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour.
