MARY'S QUICK CAKE CRISP 
1 can pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream

Spread pie filling in bottom of 8 x 12 inch cake pan. Work butter into yellow cake mix and sprinkle over pie mix. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees until lightly brown. Serve warm or cool with Cool Whip or ice cream.
