RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
7 c. Bran Flakes
5 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. molasses
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. vinegar

In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients and mix well. Blend milk and vinegar together and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix all together and add raisins. Store covered in refrigerator and use as needed. can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
