SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. Hot sausage
10 oz. graded Sharp cheddar cheese
3 1/2 c. bisquick

Cool sausage and cheese to room temperature. Mix with bisquick forming a dough. Roll into small balls.

Bake at 275 for 25 minutes.

Keeps well. Can be frozen and just warm up as needed.
