SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. (may wish only 2 c.) Bisquick

Mix cheese and sausage. Add Bisquick and form into (1/2 inch in diameter) ball. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Can cool and freeze. Let thaw a little then reheat at 300 for 10 minutes.
