SCAMPI FOR TWO 
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sherry
Juice of half lemon
2 tbsp. chopped dill
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. raw shrimp
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 c. cooked rice
Parmesan cheese

Melt butter and add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, lemon juice and dill. Mix well and heat until blended. Arrange shrimp in single layer in shallow oven-proof pan; spoon sauce over shrimp.

Place in broiler at low heat for 8 minutes. Remove and let stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle on parsley. Broil on high heat for 5 minutes. Arrange shrimp on rice, spoon sauce over and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
