SPANISH RICE 
2 c. reg. white rice
2 c. water and 2 c. chicken broth or 4 c. water and 2 tbsp. butter
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Crystal hot sauce
1/2 onion, chopped

Bring water and broth to a boil and add all ingredients. Return to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE LID! When done, stir and serve. Serves 6.
